Technommar built the Shayri Naama app as an Ad Supported app. This SERVICE is provided by Technommar at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use my Service.

If you choose to use my Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that I collect is used for providing and improving the Service. I will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at Shayri Naama unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use

For a better experience, while using our Service, I may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Storage access, Phone access, Device id, Location access. We collect information when you create an account and use the Platform. The location access is used to provide a better ad experience for the users. More information about the categories and sources of information is provided below.  

Information you choose to provide

For certain activities, such as when you register, upload content to the Platform, or contact us directly, you may provide some or all of the following information:

• Registration information, such as  username and password  and email 
• Profile information, such as name, social media account information, and profile image
• User-generated content, including comments, photographs, videos, and virtual item videos that you choose to upload or broadcast on the Platform (“User Content”)

Device Information 

We collect information about the device you use to access the Platform, including your IP address, unique device identifiers, model of your device

One Signal

One signal push notification componennt is used in the apps to notify users about the updates in the app and is used to send notifications to the users and one signal uses firebase to send the notification one signal collects following information--

 When you install an Affiliated Application on your device that uses our Service, you, the End User, will be presented an End User License Agreement (“EULA”). When you, the End User, clicks on “Confirm”, you consent to the terms of data collection. The confirmation will grant permission to collect certain information from the device, including an Android or Apple iOS Advertising ID, email, device make and model, mobile web browser type and version, IP address, MAC address, the device’s operating system’s make and version, locale information, MCC (Mobile Country Code) information, the mobile application name, a list of mobile applications installed on your device and other technical data about your device.

By clicking “Confirm”, you also confirm that you are of sixteen (16) years of age. If you are not of sixteen (16) years of age, your legal guardian will need to provide consent. We do not collect or store any End Users that are sixteen (16) years old and younger.

oneAudience does not knowingly collect Personal Identifiable Information relating to children under the age of sixteen (16). We require our application publishers to certify that the data that is transferred are not directed to appeal to users who are under the age of sixteen (16) and to avoid transferring data to oneAudience that the app publisher deems to be sixteen (16) years or younger. Our app publishers are responsible to ensure that their privacy practice complies with applicable privacy laws and requirements, including with respect to safeguarding children’s privacy. If the app publisher becomes aware or have any reason to believe that an app user is under the age of sixteen (16) has shared any information, it is the app publishers responsibility to immediately notify oneAudience to take reasonable steps to ensure that such information is immediately deleted from our files.

When you install an Affiliated Application, you may also grant the mobile application permission to collect certain types of information via a permission screen consent process.

We do not control the permission screen consent process or the Application Manifest Permission page– it is typically run by your mobile operating system or the App store application (e.g., Android or Apple iOS and/or the application owned by the application developer); HOWEVER, ONCE SUCH PERMISSION IS GRANTED BY YOU ON AN OPT-IN BASIS, WE MAY COLLECT SOME, BUT NOT ALL, OF THE INFORMATION THAT A MOBILE APPLICATION COLLECTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PERMISSIONS YOU GRANT. FOR EXAMPLE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH YOUR PERMISSION TO THE AFFILIATED APPLICATION, WE MAY COLLECT PRECISE GEOLOCATION, BROWSER HISTORY, COUNTRY, ZIP CODE AND DEVICE IDS (INCLUDING IMEI, DEVICE SERIAL NUMBER AND MAC ADDRESS) AND/OR ANY OTHER PERSONAL OR IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION (THE “PERSONAL INFORMATION”). We or our data partners may also obtain information from other sources and combine that with information we collect through our Service. For example, we may collect one of the unique identifiers associated with your mobile device as listed above and demographic or interest preference information from other companies and combine that with information we collect through the Service to allow our customers to deliver advertisements that may be of interest to you on your mobile device or to identify you on other devices or browsers.

All Affiliate Application shall provide their application users with clear terms as what is being collected and stored. If the application does not contain a Privacy Policy, the Affiliated Application may link the oneAudience Privacy Policy for their users to access, which must be easily accessible to the user of the integrated application

If the Affiliate Application provides a Privacy Policy, the following should terms should be included in the Affiliate Application policy:

When you accept and click on the End User License Agreement, you accept and consent to oneAudience collecting information from your device. We may use the information to monitor and analyze trends, usage and activities in connection with our Service. The acceptance of the End User License Agreement will affirm that you are over the age of sixteen (16) years old. Log Data

I want to inform you that whenever you use my Service, in a case of an error in the app I collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case I discover that a child under 13 has provided me with personal information, I immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact me so that I will be able to do necessary actions.

I may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.

We DO NOT express the OWNERSHIP of any material (article, image etc) available in our application (SHAYRI NAAMA). It is collected and posted in the application only for visitor's entertainment. We also respect copyright laws and are committed to remove any copyright infringing material from our application.
